1-Year Limited Warranty

PixGo provides a **1-year limited warranty** on all portable monitor products from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product experiences hardware issues within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost (using new or refurbished parts at our discretion).

**Exclusions** include:
- Accidental damage (drops, water, etc.)  
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs  
- Damage resulting from improper or abnormal use  
- Lost or stolen products  
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, backlight decay)  
- Dead pixel issues: Pixels within industry-standard allowance are not covered. If the number of dead pixels exceeds recognized standards, please contact customer support.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

30-Day Return Policy (Conditions Apply)

We accept returns within **30 days** of delivery, but the item must meet the following conditions:

- Must be **unused**, in **original packaging**, with **all accessories included**  
- Return is only accepted for **change of mind** if the item is in re-sellable condition  
- If the product is **defective**, we will cover the return shipping  
- If not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
